Downingtown Area School District (DASD) recently welcomed back graduates from all three high schools for a Graduate Focus Group held at Downingtown Middle School.

The Class of 2025 shared thoughtful feedback about their experiences after graduation with School Board members and district administration, helping improve the student experience for future generations of DASD students.

Throughout the discussion, graduates reflected on what prepared them well for life after high school, as well as areas where additional support could make an even greater impact. Key topics included:

  • Career exploration opportunities
  • Internships and real-world experiences
  • Relationships with teachers and counselors
  • Skills most needed after graduation

The conversation provided valuable insight into how DASD can continue strengthening programs and supports that help students transition successfully into college, careers, and life beyond high school.

District leadership is grateful to all of the graduates who returned to share their perspectives and give back to DASD.
