Welcome Back to the 2024-25 School Year!
The Downingtown Area School District (DASD) is thrilled to welcome back students and staff for what promises to be an exciting and inspiring 2024-25 school year!
On Tuesday, August 20th, our dedicated staff kicked off the year with a virtual Opening Day event. A highlight of the event was the returning video, A Conversation with Superintendent Dr. Bob O'Donnell. This heartwarming video showcased both returning faces and new additions to our DASD family. The candid, funny, and touching conversations with Dr. O'Donnell truly captured the spirit of our district and what makes DASD a special place to learn and work.
On Monday, August 26th, our students filled the halls once again for their first day back. The excitement was in the air as students reunited with friends and teachers, eager to embark on a new year of learning and growth.
As we dive into the new school year, we look forward to the many successes, challenges, and memorable moments that await us. Welcome back, and let's make it a great one!
