Dr. Ann Berrios holds her Letter of Eligibility and a Doctoral Degree from Drexel University in Educational Leadership and Management, Post-Masters Supervisory Certification from Millersville University, M.A. in Special Education and a Graduate Certificate in Peacebuilding and Conflict Resolution from Eastern Mennonite University, a BSE in Elementary Education (K-6) and Special Education (PK-12) from Millersville University, and Highly Qualified Status in English, Math, Science, and Social Studies (7-12).

Before becoming Director of Pupil Services, Dr. Berrios served as the Supervisor of Special Education at the Downingtown Area School District for eight years. Throughout her years in public education, Dr. Berrios has practical experience teaching many dynamic students as a former Special Education Teacher and Extended School Year Teacher at the Lancaster-Lebanon Intermediate Unit #13 and the Lampeter-Strasburg School District. She also has experience as an Adjunct Instructor at Millersville University. In addition to being a wife and a mother of two, Dr. Berrios has extensive experience in designing, planning and implementing instructional and behavioral strategies that help all children improve their academic and social growth to reach their full learning potential.
