Terri O'Malley

Terri O’Malley has been an Instructional Support Teacher at West Bradford Elementary school for the past sixteen years. Previously she taught nursery school,  full day kindergarten, first and fourth grades, was a reading specialist for both middle and high school students, an assistant director for Learn Right Tutoring Center, workshop organizer at the Children’s Museum, tutor for grades K-8, summer camp instructor, along with students swim and ski coach.

Ms. O’Malley is also a graduate instructor for Regional Training Center teaching through Gratz College, the Teacher’s College of New Jersey and Washington College, Maryland. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a minor in Early Childhood Education along with a Master’s in Reading Education and a Special Education certification. Presently, Terri is pursuing her Literacy Coaching certificate from Widener University.

Our Literacy Specialists monitor and strengthen the instructional program by providing literacy instructional support to teachers and direct instruction in literacy to select students.  Our Literacy Specialists deliver professional development and coach teachers in effective literacy strategies.
