Dr. Nicole Konert Stulak

Dr. Nicole Stulak is a 1999 graduate of West Chester University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a minor concentration in Developmental Disabilities. She began her teaching career in Downingtown in 1999 at Lionville Elementary School, where she taught 3rd grade for three years prior to taking a new position in the field of business. Nicole eventually became Vice President of Global Project Management at Silks International where she worked for six years, before following her heart back to Downingtown in 2008. She taught 5th grade at Lionville Elementary until she accepted the position of Instructional Coach in 2015. Nicole has continued her love of learning through Cabrini University where she earned her Masters in Education and Neumann University where she earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration. Her dissertation focused on professional learning and instructional coaching, both of which she is very passionate about. Nicole utilizes her education, diverse experience and professional expertise as an Adjunct Professor, in addition to her coaching work in Downingtown.

Nicole is a "connected educator" so you will find her on Twitter learning from her global PLN, as well as attending webinars, conferences and book studies any chance she gets, to gain new knowledge to better serve her DASD colleagues. Nicole likes to curl up with a good book, is an art enthusiast, loves traveling to new countries, listening to music and enjoys vegetarian cooking and baking.  She can often be found walking along the Struble Trail, fishing and kayaking at Marsh Creek State Park, as well as anything outdoors. Most especially, Nicole cherishes time with her husband and two growing boys
