Mrs. Fran Evans
Fran Evans earned her certification in Family and Consumer Science in 2009. She has been a teacher at Downingtown East and West High Schools since 2009. Prior to recieving her teaching certification she worked as an RN at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
