In addition to her concentration on violin, Mrs. Gonzalez studied cello with Fiona Thompson, Principal Cellist of the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra and member of the Mendelssohn Trio.  During her senior year, Mrs. Gonzalez student taught at Gettysburg Area High School. She has also studied piano and voice, and additionally plays guitar and ukulele.

Presently, Mrs. Gonzalez is a candidate for a Masters of Music in Music Education at The University of Florida.

Music has long been a passion for Mrs. Gonzalez, a passion she desires to build in every student musician, for as Plato so eloquently expressed, “Music gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything.”
