Miss Elvin has been a teacher since 1996. She began teaching in the Downingtown Area School District in 2005. Miss Elvin graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in Science from West Chester University in 1996. She earned her Masters of Education degree, with emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction from Philadelphia Biblical University in 2007.
