Before & After Care for Children in Grades K-6
A Child’s Place Extended Care, Inc. provides Before & After School child care in all ten elementary schools and the Marsh Creek 6th Grade Center.
- Before Care 7:00 a.m. - 8:50 a.m. (the start of the school day)
- After Care 3:30 p.m. (end of the school day) - 6:00 p.m.
- Early Dismissal Care 1:30 p.m. (end of the school day) - 6:00 p.m. (see district calendar; occasional use rates apply)
- Day-Off Program 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; this program will operate on select days DASD is closed (see district calendar)

Kindergarten Full-Day Enrichment Program
The Kindergarten Enrichment Program will be offered in all ten elementary schools for the 2024-2025 school year.
Parents can enroll their children in the program opposite of their child’s kindergarten schedule. For example, if your child is enrolled in the AM DASD kindergarten program, you can enroll in the PM A Child's Place extended program. If your child is enrolled in the PM DASD kindergarten program, you can enroll in the AM A Child's Place program.
Your child will be able to take the bus to and from school, use parent pick-up, or use our before and after-care program.
