DCEF Enrichment Programs spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence. These programs connect students with hands-on learning opportunities that encourage exploration in STEM, the arts, and social-emotional growth. Whether after school or during summer break, every session is designed to inspire students to imagine, create, and thrive. Register now or filter by school under information and registration.
Each summer, DCEF offers hands-on enrichment camps that encourage students to learn, grow, and thrive beyond the classroom. Designed for grades 1–8, our programs invite children to explore new interests, develop creative skills, and have fun in a supportive environment led by certified DASD teachers.
From robotics, cooking, and film making to art, science, and design challenges, every camp experience blends discovery with imagination. Financial assistance and scholarships are available to ensure that every child can participate—because no student should miss out on learning opportunities that inspire confidence and curiosity.

Less than 2 weeks and up to 1 week prior to start of camp, 50% credit will be applied to your account. Written notice required.

Each July, the DCEF Mobile Innovation Lab transforms into a rolling book adventure for students who’ve just completed kindergarten through fourth grade. The Mobile Book Club brings stories to life with hands-on reading activities, book challenges, and visits from local authors — all led by a DASD-certified reading specialist.
This free summer program helps students stay engaged and confident in their reading while connecting with friends across the community. Thanks to generous support from Krapf School Bus and DCEF, the Mobile Book Club travels to multiple locations each summer — because a love of reading should go everywhere kids do.
