THE SCHEDULING WINDOW for the 22-23 School Year is now closed! You are cordially invited to our annual Course Selection Night which will be held on January 18ᵗʰ at 6:30 pm in the WEST Auditorium. This event is designed for students currently in grades 8, 9, 10 and 11. The evening will begin with a presentation outlining the requirements for graduation and how to complete the course selection process. For those who may be unable to join us in person, the presentation will be available via livestream using the following link (https://youtu.be/BWl4q8M1v50). Following the presentation, department representatives will be available around the building, on Zoom, and via direct email to answer questions. Additionally, as we did last year, informational videos/materials will be available from each department via Schoology, Google Drive and on our West website under the heading Course Selection Information to assist with the course selections process.
- For parents of 8th grade students, your evening will begin with an informational presentation in the Auditorium at 6:30 pm. You will then be able to complete a self-guided tour to visit departments around the building and ask additional questions about specific courses.
- For parents of 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students, you are welcome to join us for the 8th grade presentation if you feel like you need a refresher course on course selection; however, all the necessary course selection materials will be available through Schoology and Google Drive. Any parent and/or student is more than welcome to ask or visit department members with specific questions.
