Guidance: Users must not provide optional information requested by the application.

NOTE: Reference to the school board policy: BCPS assesses the level of student data privacy for every approved tool with which our students interact. For more information on BCPS’ Policy on directory information, see BCPS Policy and Rule 5230 section XI.

NOTE: BCPS lists, with images, all the digital tools the district uses and assigns them a 'level' for parent information.

The following tiles display information about tools most commonly accessed by BCPS students and staff. Each tile gives the title of the tool, the grade ranges of users, a brief description, and an icon with a description of what, if any, student data is shared by using the tool. For a detailed list of the specific data that is shared with each tool, please view our vendor list.
