Bridget Cohen is the School Psychologist at East Ward Elementary School and is part of the Early Intervention Transition Team. She joined the staff in the Downingtown Area School District in January 2016. Mrs. Cohen has served as a School Psychologist for the past 19 years. A native of Bucks County, PA, Mrs. Cohen earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology with a minor in French at Bloomsburg University. She pursued graduate studies at Bucknell University where she earned a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) degree with a certification in School Psychology and School Counseling. She has worked in multiple rural and suburban school districts in both Pennsylvania and New York as well as the Bucks County Intermediate Unit and the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit. Mrs. Cohen currently is pursuing an administrative certificate in pupil services at Lehigh University. She is a member of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP).
