Seniors: With the completion of college applications and deadlines, we are requesting that you adhere to the following transcript deadlines:

A high school transcript is a document detailing academic achievement in high school. All colleges, and most scholarship programs, will request an “official” transcript, which will have your counselor’s signature and our school seal to verify authenticity. Please include a one-time fee of $2.00 (cash or check payable to DASD) with your transcript request, along with your Activity Resume printed from Naviance.The Downingtown High School transcript includes:-
Downingtown High School Courses, final grades, and credits for each grade completed

Current course schedule

Cumulative GPA (calculated at the end of each school year).
Current DHS West students may request a transcript by completing the transcript form below and returning it to the Counseling Department.
