I graduated from West Chester University with a BSED in Physics, and I am currently working on an MS. in Physics Education from Texas A&M.  While working in my first year at West, I collaborated with some students to create the Chillaxin Meditation Club. The club is designed to help students explore different meditation and relaxation techniques that help them distress from life.  Students also learn about the health risks of chronic stress, a factor that plagues many teens.
