If you have not received your child's information or it is incorrect, please complete an Assist Me request at https://assistme.dasd.org/. If you have not yet registered on the Assist Me website, please first follow the instructions in the Self Register link on the page. Due to the number of requests, please allow 48 hours for an initial response.
